What to do when a client calls with Pico problems?

First of all check the Pico events in CareByWeb for the applicable Pico and then check whether the following questions can be answered with yes:

  1. Did the client switch off and on the Pico already?
  2. Did the Pico receive the next medication pouch roll data?
  3. Did the client end the previous medication pouch roll correctly?
