The pharmacist is responsible for medication intake by a client and in his role can decide for which client(s) the Pico service is the answer to get better medication adherent.
First of all the pharmacist must judge whether the client is capable of using the Pico as it should be.
The pharmacist logins in into CareByWeb where he/she shall create a patient file for the client he wants to connect to a Pico. In the forms section the pharmacist is provided an "Admin" form where he/she has the possibility to connect a Pico to a client and configure the Pico Service to required needs. After he has connected a Pico to the client he/she has to order medication pouch rolls with the packaging company.
